Hello, my name is Jessica, and I am passionate about helping others feel their best through massage. I do therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, and, sports massage. I also offer cupping and upper body RAPID. I graduated in 2023 from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton, NB. During my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, snowshoeing, and hiking with my family. I look forward to providing a treatment plan that contains a combination of massage therapy,mobility and strengthening that will get you back to performance, whatever that might be.
